TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Each participant has to sell a minimum of 3 deals in order qualify for the weekly and monthly prizes.

2. The person in each category who sells the most kits will win the prize.

3. No negotiation or correspondence will be entered into regarding the incentive and the outcome of the competition is final.

4. SMAC reserves the right to amend the terms of the incentive as and when it may be required.

5. SMAC reserves the right to terminate the incentive based on participation results.

6. All serial numbers entered or claimed will be verified and if found to be invalid, not tallied.

7. A valid email address is required to enter this competition.

8. Closing date for entries:

WEEKLY PRIZES – Closing date for entries will be Sunday at 19h00 every week

MONTHLY PRIZES – Closing date for entries will be on the 6th of every month

9. Payouts:

WEEKLY PRIZES – Winners will be announced every Monday for the previous weeks claims. The R2500 prize will be issued to the winners in each category on that Wednesday. Depending on the location of the winners delivery of the prize could take up to 48hours.  

MONTHLY PRIZES – Winners will be announced on the 7th of the month. Prizes will be issued on the 9th April 2010 and the 10th May 2010. Depending on the location of the winners, delivery of the prizes could take up to 48 hours.

GRAND PRIZE -  The winner will be announced on the 10 May 2010. The grand prize will be handed over to the winner at a winners ceremony on the 14th May 2010.
